In the shadow
of the Coliseum's light,
Where cheers
once echoed, now fades from sight,
The A's, our
pride, in green and gold,
Their story
rich, a history bold.
From '68 they
played, through thick and thin,
The blue-collar
fans, where loyalty begins,
With every
season, through highs and lows,

Moneyball
magic, a tale we embraced,
Numbers and
strategy, the glory we chased,
Yet, beneath
the metrics, the spirit remains,
In the heart of
the fans, through joy and through pains.

The rallies & victories, the heartache & tears,
The memories
linger, throughout all the years,
From Reggie and
Catfish to Giambi’s might,
Each moment a
treasure, a spark in the night.

Now, as we
gather for one final cheer,
The anger
erupts, our message is clear,
No stadium's
bricks can erase what we've found,
The soul of the
A’s, in our hearts, it’s bound.
So
here’s to the fans, through thick and through thin,
Who
wore their green proudly, through losses and wins.
In
the end, it’s love that we’re here to defend,
Though
the Coliseum closes, our spirit won’t end.
